Why Do I Need a Coordinator and a Timeline?
Your wedding day goes by fast, and every detail has to happen at the right moment. Without a coordinator, those jobs fall to your family, your wedding party, or you. I take care of them so everyone can relax and enjoy the day.
My timeline is more than a list of times. It's a full plan that covers who's there, who does what, and what happens behind the scenes. Every vendor gets a copy, so everyone knows their role.

Who arrives when, and who is responsible for what

What décor gets moved, when, and where it goes, such as moving ceremony pieces to the reception

Lining up the wedding party and sending each person down the aisle at the right moment

Bringing guests into the reception hall after cocktail hour

Making sure your photographer and videographer are in place before your first dance, toasts, and cake cutting

did an Expert level job at coordinating our wedding on our wedding day and all the additional work she put into our timeline before hand, making sure we where ready for the day, we had thought you know that it wouldn't be that hard to do it on our own and we ended up hiring Malaki, and it was the best decision we ever made! we talked on our wedding day about how we didn't know how we could have made the wedding day happen with out her.

If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot sing enough praises of Malaki’s wedding coordination. I am very particular about timing and punctuality and Malaki made sure my day ran like literal fine turned clockwork. She made sure she had EVERYTHING i would need on hand, made sure every single thing I asked of her was done, made sure all vendors delivered everything perfectly, and just was the absolute best. Plus she had multiple meetings with me to go over every single detail. I can confidently say that I had my dream day in a very large part because of how well Malaki took care of it.
