Most couples book 9–14 months out, especially for peak-season Saturdays (May–October). Weekday and off-season dates often have more openings, and we take shorter-notice bookings when we can.

We're based in Fairfield, OH and cover the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton areas at no extra cost we will drive an hour or more for free depending on the service and what the package includes. Destination and out-of-region weddings are welcome, with travel fees quoted up front.
